Once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund in the following ways:
Mobile Payment (bKash/Nagad/Rocket): The refund will be processed to the same mobile payment method used during your purchase.
Bank Transfer: If you paid by card, the refund will be made to the same card or via bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For your safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
For valid returns (damaged, wrong, or expired items): will cover the return shipping costs.
For non-valid returns: You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Return Address
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address to send the product back.
