1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to every corner of Bangladesh, including major cities like Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and many more rural and suburban areas. Whether you're in the heart of Dhaka or a remote area, we ensure your order reaches you safely.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, availability of stock, and other factors such as public holidays or courier service delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to keep track of your order’s journey to your doorstep.
3. Shipping Charges

Our basic delivery charge is:
Inside Dhaka 80 taka
Sub-Urban & Outside Dhaka 150 taka
However, The delivery charge depends on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
We offer affordable shipping fees for all areas, and you’ll always know the exact shipping cost before completing your checkout.
For special promotions or seasonal discounts, free shipping may be offered within specific regions or for particular order values.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website or contact our customer support team if you need assistance.
5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with the details of your order.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (on working days), except during holidays or peak times.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted and reliable 3rd Party courier services such as RedX, Pathao, Steadfast, and Others to ensure fast and safe delivery of your products. We select the best courier based on your location for quick and efficient service.
7. Receiving Your Order
Proof of Delivery: Our delivery partners will require your signature or proof of identity for delivery.
If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partners will attempt a second delivery or leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to reschedule.
If no one is available to sign for the package after two attempts, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for delivery.
We currently do not deliver internationally — our shipping service is only available within Bangladesh.
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a damaged package, incorrect item, or missing order, please contact us right away in front of the delivery person. Our customer support team is ready to assist and resolve any issues promptly. Please note, We do not accept any complaint after the delivery man leaves your place.
